No fluff, no complexity-just technology that works the way it should.About the RoleWe are seeking a highly driven and knowledgeable Growth Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical understanding, excellent communication, and the ability to manage complete sales cycles in a technology-led environment.Key Responsibilities1. Strategic Lead Generation & Account Development- Own enterprise and mid-market account prospecting strategies across outbound and inbound channels (calls, email, LinkedIn, partners, events).- Identify, qualify, and prioritize high-value opportunities using advanced frameworks such as MEDDIC, CHAMP, BANT, and deal qualification scorecards.- Conduct deep account and stakeholder research to understand business priorities, tech stack, budget cycles, and decision-making structures.- Build and manage a strong pipeline aligned with quarterly and annual revenue targets.2. Consultative Sales Pitching & Executive Engagement- Lead consultative, value-based selling conversations with CXO-level stakeholders (CEO, CTO, CIO, CDO, CHRO, Heads of Ops/IT).- Deliver tailored sales pitches and solution narratives aligned to business outcomes, KPIs, and ROI.- Conduct advanced product demonstrations and solution walkthroughs, simplifying complex technical concepts into business-friendly insights.- Position the organization as a trusted advisor rather than a vendor.3. End-to-End Sales Ownership & Pipeline Management- Own the complete sales lifecycle from prospecting to deal closure and handover to delivery teams.- Maintain accurate pipeline tracking, forecasting, and reporting in CRM tools.- Drive deal velocity through disciplined follow-ups, stakeholder mapping, and risk management.- Ensure consistent achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.4. Proposal Management & Commercial Structuring- Lead the creation of proposals, SOWs, RFP/RFI responses, timelines, and commercial models.- Work closely with legal and finance teams on contracts, SLAs, NDAs, pricing models, and payment terms.- Ensure proposals are commercially viable, competitive, and aligned with delivery capabilities.- Present proposals confidently to senior stakeholders and procurement teams.5. Negotiation, Objection Handling & Deal Closure- Lead high-value negotiations involving pricing, scope, delivery timelines, and contractual terms.- Handle complex objections related to competition, technical feasibility, and ROI.- Drive win-win outcomes while protecting company margins and long-term value.- Close deals in a structured, predictable manner aligned with revenue goals.6. Customer Relationship & Account Growth- Build long-term, trusted relationships with key accounts and decision-makers.- Act as the primary point of contact for strategic customers.- Identify and drive upsell, cross-sell, renewal, and expansion opportunities.- Ensure customer satisfaction and retention by aligning sales promises with delivery outcomes.7. Cross-Functional Leadership & Collaboration- Collaborate closely with product, engineering, marketing, and delivery teams to ensure solution feasibility.- Provide clear market and customer feedback to influence product roadmap and go-to- market strategy.- Mentor junior sales team members and contribute to sales playbooks, best practices, and process improvements.8. Market Intelligence & Thought Leadership- Stay current with trends in IT services, SaaS, AI, automation, cloud, DevOps, and cybersecurity.- Track competitor offerings, pricing strategies, and differentiators.- Represent the organization in industry events, webinars, conferences, and strategic partnerships.- Contribute to positioning the brand as a credible player in the digital and AI-driven ecosystem.Key Competencies & Knowledge Areas1. Product & Technical Acumen- Strong understanding of IT services, SaaS products, platforms, and solution architectures.- Hands-on familiarity with concepts such as APIs, cloud platforms, integrations, data flows, security, and scalability.- Ability to map technical capabilities directly to business impact and ROI.2. Industry & Market Expertise- Deep awareness of technology and digital transformation trends.- Strong understanding of competitive landscape and buying behavior.- Industry exposure across domains such as EdTech, BFSI, Retail, Healthcare, Manufacturing, or Enterprise SaaS.Required Skills & Behavioral Traits- Exceptional communication, presentation, and executive-level negotiation skills.- Strong ownership mindset with the ability to operate independently.- Strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution.- High discipline in follow-ups, forecasting, and CRM hygiene.- Customer-centric mindset with strong relationship-building skills.- Ability to mentor, influence, and collaborate across teams.Qualifications- MBA (Marketing / Sales / Strategy) preferred.- Bachelor s degree in Busine...
