This is a client-facing role requiring strong conceptual thinking, brand-building expertise, and the ability to execute high-quality design solutions across digital and print platforms in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:- Lead end-to-end brand creation for multi-family properties, from ideation to execution.- Develop logos, brand toolkits (color palettes, typography, textures, patterns), and full-scale marketing collateral.- Create visually compelling digital and print assets including brochures, social media creatives, presentations, and campaign materials.- Present creative concepts to clients, conduct discovery sessions, gather feedback, and ensure alignment with brand vision.- Conceptualize and execute large-scale marketing campaigns.- Maintain and implement established brand guidelines across projects.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and design excellence.- Participate in brainstorming sessions, design thinking workshops, and problem-solving discussions.- Streamline design processes and suggest workflow improvements.- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.Required Qualifications:- High School Diploma or equivalent.- Minimum 5 years of experience in branding and graphic design.- Strong communication and presentation skills.- Proven experience in client-facing roles.Preferred Qualifications:- Bachelors Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Communication, or related field.- Experience designing for real estate or multi-family residential brands.- Web design experience is a plus.Technical Skills:- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).- Figma experience preferred.- Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).- Experience working in a Mac environment.Core Competencies:- Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-output environment.- Strong collaboration and teamwork mindset.- Self-motivated and proactive in improving processes.- Flexible to work extended hours when requiredIf you are interested and available to join immediately, please share your updated CV on mail or WhatsApp.Komal ShakyaPhone: 7701888303 (ref:updazz.com)
