Job Description
- The Regional Business Head will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue generation for the assigned region.
-The role involves strategic planning, partner management, and market expansion, along with building strong relationships with key stakeholders and ensuring business objectives are consistently achieved.Key Responsibilities :Business Growth & Strategy :- Drive overall sales targets and revenue growth of or the region- Develop and implement strategic business plans aligned with company goals- Analyze market trends, competition, and customer insights to identify growth opportunitiesAccount & Partner Management :- Manage and strengthen relationships with existing partners and key accounts- Identify and onboard new partners/channels to expand market presence- Ensure high levels of partner engagement and customer satisfactionMarket Development & Execution : - Plan and execute BTL and promotional activitiesto drive brand visibility- Conduct regular market visits to monitor performance and gather insights- Collaborate with internal teams for seamless executionLeadership & Team Management :- Lead and manage direct and indirect teamswithin the region- Drive performance, accountability, and team developmentCandidate Profile :- Minimum 7 years of experience in Sales / Business Development- Preferably from the Diamond, Jewellery, or Luxury industry- Strong track record of achieving targets and driving revenue growth- Experience in team handling and stakeholder management- Good understanding of retail industry trends and competition- Willingness to travel 50% as per business requirements- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills- Strong entrepreneurial mindset and ownership approachQualifications :- Bachelor s / Master s degree in Business Administration or relevant fieldCompensation & Benefits- Competitive fixed salary- Attractive performance-linked incentives- Health insurance coverage- Opportunity to work with a high-growth, dynamic team- Exposure to a fast-scaling and global growth journey- Willingness to travel 15-20 days per month across the region.
