Risk management (FMEA): To identify possible risks in the production process and put preventative controls in place, perform Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA). Statistical Process Control (SPC): Use SPC tools to track production performance and make sure processes stay capable and stable. Root Cause Analysis (RCA): Use 8D, 5-Why, or Fishbone diagrams to conduct investigations into internal non-conformances and consumer complaints in order to put long-term corrective measures in place. Supplier Quality Management: To guarantee the integrity of incoming materials, audit raw material suppliers and oversee Supplier Corrective Action Reports (SCAR).
