Job DescriptionThe Role:- The Unit Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales performance and managing a team of sales representatives. This role involves developing sales strategies, overseeing daily operations, and ensuring that sales targets are met.- Candidate have to recruit agents team under them & they have to develop a business threw team members.- As per monthly report regarding candidate s work & team work company will give them incentives other then salary.- Lead will not provided by company.- Candidate must have to build up his own team base on his network.Ideal Profile :- The ideal candidate will possess a blend of Market knowledge and soft skills to effectively lead the sales team and drive results.- Must have bike- Should be graduate- 1 year in sales- Good Communication skillsWhat s on Offer:- This is a permanent full-time position with competitive salary and benefits.
