About the role: - Title : Account Manager /Sr. Account Manager - Shift timings:12: 30 PM - 09: 30 PM or 01:30 PM to 10:30 PM IST- Years of experience required - 6 years RESPONSIBILITIES:Client Mapping & Satisfaction - Engage with various client teams - TA, HR, Procurement , Business and Delivery in the client organisation- Proactive selling within the accounts for other geos, accounts etc - To ensure that customers are happy with our services and their needs are being met. To meet customers, get their feedback on customer feedback form and discuss the same in the monthly management meeting Roles Coverage & Targets :- Achieve the revenue target on a monthly basis. This is as per the annual appraisal discussion / targets agreed- Ensure that the team submits a good number of targeted profiles for each role.
-Requirements coverage as per the SLAs agreed with client - Quality submission on the roles.
-Get timely feedback on candidates - Avoid backouts. Less than 15% backouts. Sourcing by self : Ensure submission by self on roles Improve performance of recruiter team - To ensure that all team recruiters meet/exceed the sales targets provided to them. Track the performance of the recruiter team and guide them consistently meet targets. EXCEEDING EXPECTATIONS - Every recruiter team member should meet their monthly placement target. Operational: - Get good feedback of the placements done to improve brand recognitions - To ensure that the customers clear their dues within existing timelines.
