Job Title: Assistant Manager - WellnessLocation: goaJob Summary:The Assistant Manager - Wellness will be responsible for driving sales growth in the wellness category through retail dominance, supported by channel and project sales. The role involves managing dealers, retailers, wellness studios, and key influencers to build strong market presence and achieve targets across the Kolkata market.Key Responsibilities:- Drive primary and secondary sales through retail outlets, ensuring strong visibility and conversion of wellness products.- Manage and develop dealer and retailer networks, ensuring regular visits, product placement, and scheme execution.- Handle channel sales, including dealers, distributors, and key trade partners, to expand market coverage.- Identify new business opportunities- Ensure effective execution of promotions, displays, demos, and launches at retail and channel points.- Track market intelligence, competitor activity, pricing, and consumer trends in the wellness segment.- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets while maintaining strong relationships with key accounts.- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, collections, and post-sales support.Key Skills & Competencies:- Strong experience in retail sales (wellness, bathware, lifestyle, or allied categories preferred)- Knowledge of channel & project sales exposure- Excellent relationship management and negotiation skills- Market development and territory handling capability- Target-driven with strong execution focus- 5-8 years of relevant sales experience (retail-heavy profile preferred)- Graduation required; MBA/PGDM is an added advantage (ref:updazz.com)
