Brief About the ProfileThe Marketing Coordinator / Creative Team Leader will manage the creative function end-to-end and ensure timely, high-quality delivery of all marketing collaterals. The role bridges strategy and execution by translating business and campaign objectives into impactful creative outputs while coordinating with internal teams, vendors, and leadership.Roles & Responsibilities :Creative & Brand Management :- Lead and manage the creative team, including designers, copywriters, and external vendors- Ensure brand consistency across all creatives, campaigns, and communication platforms- Translate briefs into actionable creative plans with defined timelines and deliverables- Drive innovative campaign concepts aligned with product positioning and brand storytellingMarketing Coordination : - Act as a SPOC between internal stakeholders and external agencies/vendors- Coordinate with sales, digital, CRM, and project teams to align creative output with business needs- Manage high-priority and short-notice creative requests while maintaining turnaround timelines- Support campaign launches, registrations, and outreach initiatives through effective creative execution- Assist cross-selling and promotional initiatives with targeted creative supportProcess & Quality Control :- Plan task allocation, priority setting, and daily tracking of creative deliverables- Implement internal review and quality checks to reduce rework and escalations- Maintain creative calendars, theme plans, and campaign documentation- Optimize creative resource utilization to minimize redesign and rework costsLeadership & Capability Building :- Mentor and upskill the creative team on tools, trends, and best practices- Conduct regular team reviews and performance discussions- Build team depth and reduce dependency on individual resources- Stay updated on industry benchmarks and emerging creative trendsSkills Required :1. Strong creative judgment and brand understanding2. Excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills3. Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and pressure4. Working knowledge of design, digital marketing, and campaign execution5. Strong leadership, planning, and communication skills (ref:updazz.com)
