Inside Sales/Lead Generation Role - Microsoft Dynamics 365 US Market) About the Role :We are seeking a highly motivated and result-oriented Inside Sales Executive to join our team and drive lead generation for Microsoft Dynamics 365 in the US market. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of sales prospecting, CRM solutions, and outbound lead generation strategies targeted at mid-sized to large enterprises.Key Responsibilities :- Generate qualified leads for Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions (ERP, CRM, Finance & Operations, Sales, Customer Service, etc.) in the US market.- Conduct outbound calls, LinkedIn outreach, and email campaigns to identify and qualify prospects.- Engage with CXOs, VPs, IT Directors, and Operations Heads in Manufacturing, Retail, Logistics, and other verticals.- Understand customer needs and pain points to align Dynamics 365 offerings accordingly.- Schedule meetings/demos for the sales/technical team with qualified prospects.- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all lead activities in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce).- Achieve monthly and quarterly lead generation targets.- Collaborate with the marketing team to run targeted campaigns.- Provide market insights and competitor intelligence.Required Skills & Experience :- 2-3 years of proven experience in B2B inside sales/lead generation for IT solutions, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 or other ERP/CRM platforms.
