Job Description
We are looking for an experienced IT Sales & Business Development professional who can independently drive project-based revenue from Indian and international markets.This role is ideal for a self-driven sales professional who understands technology, enjoys closing deals, and wants to grow with a fast-scaling AI startup.Key Responsibilities- Identify, pitch, and close IT services & software development projects- Drive business from India and international markets (US, Middle East, Europe, etc.)Generate leads through:- LinkedIn & outbound prospecting- Partnerships & referrals- Professional networks / platforms- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal tech and product teams- Own the entire sales lifecycle: lead generation - proposal - negotiation - closure- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline- Represent NeuraMach.AI with founders, CXOs, and senior decision-makers- Support long-term client relationships and repeat businessRequired Skills & Experience- 3 years of experience in IT Sales / Software Sales / Technology Services Sales- Proven experience in closing project-based IT or software dealsStrong understanding of:- Software development services- Web, mobile, SaaS, or enterprise solutions- AI / ML solutions (basic understanding preferred)- Experience handling international clients is a strong advantage- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills- Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a startup environmentCompensation (Indicative)Flexible compensation structure:- Commission-only OR- Fixed salary performance-based commission- High upside potential with no commission cap- Compensation structure will be discussed during interviews and aligned with experience and performanceWhy Join NeuraMach.AI?- Work directly with the founding team- Opportunity to build and scale the services business vertical- Strong AI and technology capabilities to support sales- Exposure to global clients and cutting-edge projects- Clear growth path into senior sales or leadership roles as the company scales (ref:updazz.com)
