Business Development Role - Energy Sector (8-12 Yrs) Delhi NCR/Delhi (B2B/Corporate Sales)

Job Description:We are looking for an experienced Business Development profile for New Delhi office with exposure to the Energy sector. Candidates with B. Tech (Mechanical/ Electrical) from Consultancy background shall be preferred.The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working on multilateral-funded projects, particularly ADB and JICA, and be well-versed in the end-to-end bidding process.Key Responsibilities:- Identify, evaluate, and develop new business opportunities.- Manage business development activities for ADB, JICA, and other multilateral-funded projects- Lead and coordinate bidding/tendering activities, including EOI, RFQ, and RFP processes- Prepare and review technical and commercial proposals in coordination with internal teams- Maintain and update opportunity pipelines using SAP or similar ERP systems- Liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to support project acquisition- Monitor market trends, upcoming tenders, and competitor activitiesKey Requirements:- 8-12 years of relevant experience in Business Development, preferably in a consultancy firm- Proven experience working on ADB and JICA-funded projects- Strong understanding of bidding and tendering processes- Working knowledge of SAP- Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills- Available to join in 45-60 days.Familiarity with the Energy sector, including the following would be an added advantage:- Power Plants - Transmission Lines- Distribution Substations (HV/EHV)/ AIS/ GISPreferred Skills:- Experience in international or multilateral project environments- Ability to work independently and manage multiple bids simultaneously- Strong analytical and documentation skillsWhat We Offer:- Permanent role with a stable Multinational organization- Work-life balance with a structured Monday-Friday working schedule- Opportunity to work on prestigious international energy projects (ref:updazz.com)
