As the "Sustainability Bridge," you reduce financial incentives and intricate solar technology into attractive value propositions for prospective customers. A high-energy, "Target-Driven" professional with a "Consultative Selling" mindset who can oversee the whole sales cycle from lead generation and site assessment to contract signature and project handoff is the ideal candidate. Key Skills: Sales Acumen: Demonstrated capacity to lead the sales process from start to finish, with an emphasis on expensive technical products. Technical literacy is the fundamental knowledge of inverters, mounting structures, and solar PV systems (on-grid, off-grid, and hybrid). Financial literacy is the capacity to describe intricate financial ideas such as depreciation, tax credits, and LCOE (Levelized Cost of Energy). Communication & Presentation: Outstanding written and spoken abilities to convey technical information in a clear, compelling way. Resilience & Grit: A self-driven "Go-Getter" mindset that can withstand rejection and persevere in long-cycle sales.
