Join Us as an HR Executive to Help Employees Thrive Job Description Duties: End-to-End Recruitment: Oversee the hiring procedure by finding applicants, carrying out preliminary screenings, setting up interviews, and sending out offer letters. Onboarding & Induction: Create and oversee orientation programs to greet new employees and make sure they have the tools they need and are assimilated into the company culture. Payroll & Benefits Administration: Manage attendance records, manage leaves, complete monthly payroll on time, and assist with statutory deductions PF, ESI, TDS. Employee Relations: Serve as the initial point of contact for employee complaints and questions, assisting in their resolution and promoting an atmosphere of open communication. Performance Management: Organize goal-setting meetings and monitor performance reviews using the HRMS to support the yearly appraisal cycle. Policy Implementation: Help create and implement HR policies and employee handbooks that adhere to industry standards and local labor laws. Focus Skills: Interpersonal Excellence: Outstanding capacity to establish rapport with a wide range of personalities and manage delicate circumstances with a high level of emotional intelligence. Regulatory Knowledge: A solid grasp of local labor laws, employment contracts, and requirements for statutory compliance. HR Tech Savvy: Able to use Applicant Tracking Systems ATS and HRMS/HRIS platforms. Communication Skills: Expert written and spoken communication for employer branding and internal announcements. Analytical Ability: The capacity to produce HR indicators such as turnover rates and time-to-hire that give management data-driven insights..
