Screening and Behavioral Interviewing: Examine individuals' technical skill sets, cultural fit, expected salaries, and career objectives through thorough resume reviews and preliminary phone interviews. Coordination of the Interview Process: Serve as the main point of contact for applicants, organizing technical assessments, setting up multi-stage panels, and enabling timely feedback loops. Offer Management & Negotiation: To guarantee high offer-acceptance rates, benchmark salaries, craft competitive job offers in accordance with corporate budget limitations, and negotiate conditions with assurance. Pre-Employment Verification & Compliance: Make sure all regulatory compliance documentation are obtained before the join date, coordinate background verification checks (BGV), and verify professional references.
