Standardized Work Sheet Adherence: To guarantee consistent build configurations, adhere to the operational sequence loops outlined on Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Visual Work Instructions at each station. In-Line Quality Assurance Verification: Track surface scratches, misalignment tolerances, and missing sub-components by conducting tactile and visual first-line quality audits on incoming component stages and final integration runs. Poka-Yoke & Mistake-Proofing Integration: Verify that the line-controller releases the unit for the subsequent manufacturing stage by loading sub-assemblies into electronic sensory error-proofing (Poka-Yoke) nests. Required Skills: Hands-on Assembly Tooling Fluency: Strong structural knowledge of appropriate torque application limits and high operational ease with manual, electric, and pneumatic fastening tool variations.
