Locate, bargain with, and oversee outside service providers, such as contractors for facility maintenance, housekeeping, security, catering, and pest control, while monitoring performance in relation to Service Level Agreements SLAs. Maintain ideal inventory counts to prevent stockouts or waste while overseeing the procurement lifecycle for office supplies, stationery, pantry goods, and business gifts. Organize regular preventative maintenance and repair schedules for office equipment, such as plumbing networks, HVAC systems, electrical setups, fire safety devices, and office automation technologies. Oversee front desk and reception activities, creating a first-rate, safe welcome and check-in experience for customers, visitors, and interview subjects.
