Required Skills: Talent Sourcing & Screening Fluency: The ability to identify both technical and non-technical talent by using specific boolean search strings and contemporary applicant tracking systems ATS across elite professional networks. HRIS & Modern Software Adaptability: The ease of use of sophisticated HR management systems like Darwinbox, SuccessFactors, Keka, Zoho People, or greytHR.
