The ideal applicant is a highly analytical, tech-savvy hardware designer that combines a rigorous approach to embedded C firmware programming, schematic routing, and methodical hardware debugging with clean surface-mount soldering abilities. Key Skills: Advanced PCB CAD Suites Competency: The ability to create intricate multi-layer PCB layouts using professional software such as Altium Designer, KiCad, or Cadence OrCAD. Writing hardware-level Embedded C scripts, controlling interrupts, managing timers, and optimizing flash memory allocations within IDEs like STM32CubeIDE or VS Code are all examples of sound coding practices. Signal Integrity & Mixed-Signal Analytics: In-depth knowledge of high-frequency noise reduction, decoupling mechanics, power plane insulation, impedance matching, and analog filters.
