Your main task is to convert unstructured face sheets, hospital intake logs, and insurance cards into organized, error-free profiles in order to methodically register new patient accounts and validate current records within our practice management database. Serving as the "Zero-Rejection Gatekeeper," you ensure that subscriber policy loops, plan coordinates, and identification data fields precisely match clearinghouse registries by intercepting data mistakes before charges are even computed. Key Duties Create a new patient profile by methodically entering patient registration information into the central Practice Management system from scanned hospital face sheets, clinical superbills, and intake forms. Insurance Policy Hierarchy Mapping: Examine scanned insurance cards to map specific policy and group alphanumeric strings in order to identify, link, and rank primary, secondary, and tertiary insurance coverage plans. Payer Coordination and Validation: Using network markers printed on insurance documents, determine the accurate payer IDs, claims filing addresses, and clearinghouse coordinates. Subscriber Relationship Authentication: To avoid eligibility denials, confirm subscriber identities when patients are dependents under a family plan by recording the subscriber's precise date of birth, employer group, and relationship metrics. Address Standardization Clearance: To remove returned statement errors, standardize and clean up patient residence data using postal address verification procedures.
