APQP & PPAP Documentation Control: Organize and validate full Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) dossiers, including control plans, flowcharts, and material test results, and lead advanced product quality planning (APQP) meetings for new injection molds. Audit Lifecycle Administration: As the main plant host for high-stakes external certification bodies and customer quality audits, organize and carry out strict internal process, product, and system audit schedules. Structured CAPA & Root-Cause Management: Track customer complaints and internal rejections at the plant level, direct methodical 8D investigations, and use Fishbone and 5-Why frameworks to implement long-lasting Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
