Join Our Sales Team Business Development Executive Job Description Duties: Outbound Pipeline Generation: To reach important corporate decision-makers, use professional networking sites, cold calls, and targeted email sequences in high-frequency outbound prospecting techniques. Qualification and Discovery of Inbound Leads: Hold in-depth technical discovery sessions with incoming leads to determine overall fit, examine pain points, and assess operational budget restrictions. Solution Mapping & Pitch Delivery: Create and deliver personalized corporate sales presentations and product demos that match the prospect's business issues with our core competencies. Commercial Negotiation & Closing: To gain lucrative wins, draft, negotiate, and conclude intricate commercial proposals, price structures, service level agreements (SLAs), and contract terms. Market analysis and trend tracking: To modify outbound pitch scripts, do ongoing study on competitor moves, price adjustments, and new industry vertical wants. Focus Skills: Elite Consultative Selling Capability: To identify unmet business needs, a thorough understanding of contemporary consultative selling frameworks (such SPIN, Challenger, or MEDDPICC). Persuasive Communication & Objection Handling: Outstanding writing and verbal communication skills to grab C-level executives' attention, deconstruct technical solutions with ease, and deal with challenging price objections. CRM Architecture Fluency: Extensive expertise using enterprise CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM to manage, filter, and report sales metrics. Data Analytics & Pipeline Forecasting: Easily track individual customer acquisition costs (CAC), assess deal-cycle durations, and construct monthly sales projection tables using computer spreadsheets.
