Business Development (Intern-to-Hire)Location: Mayur Vihar, Delhi (Hybrid | 3 days in-office)
We re a specialist search firm working with fintechs, MNC banks, and hedge funds across India, hiring mid-to-senior talent. This role sits at the intersection of finance, business, and people.If you re serious about building a career in finance/business/ executive search, this is a front-row seat.
What you ll do Speak with senior professionals (VPs, Directors, CXOs) across banks, fintechs, and hedge funds Run cold outreach (calls LinkedIn) to map talent in niche financial roles Understand mandates across credit, risk, investments, trading, and strategy Do deep research on companies, roles, and talent pools Build conviction and pitch opportunities confidently to senior candidates
Who we re looking for 1 2 internships (any mix of finance / business / recruiting / sales) Demonstrable experience with cold calling and front-facing conversations Can hold a conversation with senior professionals (confidence matters more than polish) Basic understanding of business/finance concepts Research-driven mindset Strong preference: prior business development / client-facing experience

Compensation Internship (3 months): 10K - 15K / month Full-time (post conversion): 30 35K fixed performance-based incentives
