Verify that the right variants are in stock by cross-referencing component part numbers with daily routing logs. Mechanical Part Fitting & Joining: Use manual tools, air-powered impact wrenches, manual levers, and special assembly fixtures to position, press, rivet, screw, or snap separate sub-components together. Visual Standard Instruction Execution: To preserve proper mounting orientations, adhere to detailed SOPs and visual assembly drawings at the workstation. Torque and Fastener Verification: To avoid component stripping or loose joints, use calibrated manual or digital torque wrenches to apply the proper torque settings to threaded connections. In-Line Quality Inspection Checks: Before moving items forward, do the required visual quality check loops on finished assemblies, looking for dents, uniform spacing, seal installation, or wire trace problems.
