Telesales Executive Integrated Tele Sales Leadership Job Description Duties: End-to-End Direct Phone Closures: To ensure immediate direct sales conversions over the phone, make a large number of outbound calls to qualified prospects or promptly follow up on inbound web leads. Customer Persona Needs Diagnostics: During live calls, ask quick, focused discovery inquiries to identify the prospect 's immediate emotional or financial triggers and match them precisely with our main product SKUs or service bundles. Commercial Negotiation & Discount Allocation: To clinch deals on the first call, confidently handle sensitive price talks by utilizing pre-approved company discount structures, packaged offers, or personalized payment plans. Urgency Creation & FOMO Injection: To reduce client reluctance, use moral, calculated sales closing strategies, such as time-limited promotions, upcoming price changes, or special bonuses. Payment Gateway Management: While staying on the phone line, safely guide the client via online billing portals, verify electronic payment transfers, or monitor real-time credit card processing linkages. Post-Sale Data Onboarding & Transfer: Ensure that all promised custom terms are explicitly logged and smoothly transfer newly closed clients to the customer success or delivery teams. Focus Skills: Advanced Sales Closure Strategies: Expert knowledge of professional frameworks for closing deals. Sharp Commercial & Pricing Negotiation: At ease discussing big sums of money, adamant on fundamental pricing tiers, and able to articulate ROI-driven cost arguments.
