Public Relations Executive Media & Corporate Brand Job Description Responsibilities: Media Relations & Journalist Pitching: To obtain regular earned media coverage, establish, cultivate, and uphold an active network of journalists, editors, producers, and industry influencers across tier-1 print, broadcast, and digital publications. Press Content & Copywriting Engineering: Write and edit high-profile PR materials, such as corporate newsletters, CEO talking points, press releases, media pitches, backgrounders, and thought-leadership articles. Media Monitoring & Sentiment Tracking: Oversee daily media tracking activities, mapping brand mentions, analyzing rival share of voice, and promptly alerting management to potential reputational risks by scanning news outlets and digital platforms. Support for Crisis Communications Containment: During delicate PR crises, help senior leadership by carrying out quick factual monitoring, creating internal holding statements, and organizing media query routing to prevent unfavorable exposure. Press Event & Conference Coordination: Manage logistics and press kit distribution from the ground up while planning and carrying out PR-driven events, such as media roundtables, press conferences, product launch previews, and journalist factory/office tours. Inter-Departmental Campaign Alignment: Collaborate with internal Marketing, Social Media, and Legal departments to make sure PR campaigns effectively promote overall brand messages while adhering to all legal requirements.
