Locate, bargain with, and integrate third-party suppliers while regularly monitoring their performance in relation to Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Oversee the complete procurement cycle for corporate assets, office supplies, and pantry goods while keeping accurate inventory counts to reach zero-stockout levels. Manage tag distributions, regular servicing warranties, secure scraping procedures, and an accurate, up-to-date master record of all firm physical assets (furniture, computers, appliances). Oversee the scheduling of flights, hotel reservations, processing of visa paperwork, and itinerary coordination for business workers' domestic and overseas travel.
