Shift: Day shift (9:30 AM - 9:30 PM)
Working days: 5 days (Rotational shift), no fixed Saturday and Sunday
Key Responsibilities:
1. Handle inbound customer calls and email queries
2. Resolve customer issues efficiently within defined timelines
3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
4. Ensure high customer satisfaction (CSAT)
5. Deliver consistent and quality customer service

B. Eligibility criteria: 1. Qualification: HSC/Graduate (Any discipline) 2. 0 2 years of experience (BPO/Customer support preferred) 3. Experience in voice, email, or chat support is an advantage 4. International voice experience is a plus 5. Willingness to work in rotational day shifts
