What Success Looks Like
As an Accounting Intern, you 'll support the finance function across several Pearl Lemon brands while developing hands-on experience in real business operations.
Your work may include:

Assisting with bookkeeping and financial record maintenance
& Supporting accounts payable and receivable processes
& Reconciling transactions and identifying discrepancies
& Helping prepare financial reports and management summaries
& Maintaining accounting documentation and records
& Assisting with budgeting and forecasting activities
Supporting payroll and operational finance tasks when required
& Contributing to process improvement initiatives
& Collaborating with international team members on finance-related projects
& Learning accounting systems, reporting workflows, and operational controls

This is a learning-focused role, but we believe in meaningful responsibility.
