Responsibilities:-

Make outbound calls to the customer and inform about the product and the service we are offering, update and follow-up.

& Resolve customer enquiry with updated knowledge.

& Built strong Appointments and Leads with professional communication.

& Generate Appointment while identifying customer concerns and addressing it efficiently.

& Work closely with the team to improve and engagement strategies.

& Meet daily, weekly and monthly targets as set by the management.& &

Qualification:-
Experienced previously with the same process calling (Australian Solar Panels Appointment and sales) are preferred but not mandatory.& &
Skills:-& &

-Excellent verbal communication skills in English.

-Strong and active listening skills and spontaneous problem solving ability.

-Professional and self

- motivated.

- High convening skills and comfortable on long calls.& &
