Field Sales Executive

Location Multiple Locations of Tamil Nadu Experience 0 2 Years Salary Upto 3 LPA Job Summary We are looking for energetic and customer-focused professionals to drive painting service business in the assigned territory. The role involves lead generation, customer engagement, site visits, measurement collection, quotation submission, contractor coordination, project supervision, and customer complaint handling to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction. Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Generation1. Central Business Leads

• Visit customer leads shared by the Head Office.
• Understand customer requirements and conduct site inspections.
• Take site measurements and prepare project requirements.
• Submit quotations and follow up for closure.
• Coordinate with contractors and ensure project execution.

2. Local Business Development

• Generate business through walk-in customers and dealer referrals.
• Convert enquiries into painting service projects.
• Build relationships with dealers, retailers, contractors, and influencers.
• Drive local marketing and customer engagement activities.

3. Lead Generation Activities

• Conduct geography mapping and market scanning.
• Identify under-construction houses and renovation opportunities.
• Organize kiosk activities, housing society campaigns, and promotional events.
• Generate and nurture new customer leads.

Site Supervision

• Ensure end-to-end execution of painting projects.
• Coordinate with contractors and painters for timely completion.
• Monitor quality, safety, and service standards at project sites.
• Track project progress and update stakeholders regularly.

Customer Service & Complaint Handling

• Address customer concerns promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate with internal teams and contractors for issue resolution.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction during and after project completion.
• Maintain long-term customer relationships.

Candidate Profile

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 0-2 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Customer Service, Construction Materials, Paints, Building Materials, Home Improvement, Interior Solutions, or related industries.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
• Comfortable with field travel and customer interactions.
• Knowledge of painting services, construction, or home improvement products will be an added advantage.
