You assume direct execution responsibility for conducting first-part inspections, testing batches, inspecting incoming supplier lots, utilizing laboratory gauges, and recording rework data in your capacity as the "Guardian of physical dimensions and part compliance." Key Skills: Metrology & Precision Hand Gauge Mastery: Expert in the use of digital calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, slip gauges, and dial indicators for precise, fast measurements. Technical Blueprint & GD&T Reading: Excellent proficiency in deciphering geometric dimensioning and tolerancing callouts, as well as reading industrial blueprints. Defect Identification & Isolation Practices: Extensive knowledge of material classification, defect sorting, and official quarantine protocols in actual shop floors. Basic Failure Analysis & Troubleshooting: Strong problem-solving abilities to identify the precise cause of a part's deviation from specification limits.
