Identify New builder Projects: Actively search for and identify potential new projectswithin the assigned geography/area. Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospectiveprojects. Relationship Management: Establish and nurture strong relationships with buildersand developers. Liaison with TOP builder projects of the Location Act as the primary point of contact for builders,addressing their needs and concerns. Conduct regular meetings with builders to understandtheir project plans and financial requirements. Visiting approved project sites on regular basis fororganising camps / activity on holidays for leadgeneration. Project Approval: Evaluate and approve projects for funding based onestablished criteria and due diligence. Familiar on Legal and Technical documentation andprocess of the location. Coordinate with the underwriting / processing team toensure timely project approvals. Shivajinagar, Pune
