Inventory Spoc - Chennai

Key Responsibilities Track inward and outward movement of assets, devices, and accessories. Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment. Verify and update inventory transactions on a daily basis. Manage inventory allocation and stock transfers between locations. Asset Tracking & Control Maintain records of in-transit, to-be-repaired (Non-working) and available assets. Coordinate asset recovery from employees and field locations.Audits & Compliance Conduct periodic physical inventory audits and stock verification. Reconcile physical inventory against system records. Investigate inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions. Ensure adherence to inventory management policies and SOPs. Support internal and external audit requirements.Coordination & Communication Act as the primary point of contact for all inventory-related queries. Coordinate with Inventory, procurement, logistics, teams.Reporting & Analysis Generate daily and weekly inventory reports for validation. Kindly check daily inventory reports which are sent from the central team.Required Skills Strong knowledge of inventory and asset management processes. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, Data Analysis). Experience with ERP or inventory management systems. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and coordination abilities. Attention to detail and accuracy in record management.Qualifications and Experience Bachelor s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, or arelated field. IT Asset Management (Laptop, Mobile, Charger, Lock, Accessories). 2 years of experience in inventory, warehouse, or asset management. Experience in handling IT assets, devices, and accessories is preferred. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Inventory accuracy percentage. Physical audit compliance rate. Asset recovery percentage. Stock availability and replenishment efficiency. Reduction in inventory losses and aging stock. Thousand Lights, Chennai
