CRM Data Management: During and right after every conversation, log call histories, resolution codes, customer feedback, and open action items in the Customer Relationship Management CRM tool to ensure systematic correctness. Product & Policy Knowledge: To guarantee that callers receive prompt, correct responses, stay current on evolving corporate policies, standard operating procedures, and technical product changes. Quality & Compliance Adherence: To safeguard private client data, adhere to stringent legal requirements, data protection regulations, and internal call quality standards.
