As the "Guardian of Query Latency, Transactional Concurrency, Atomicity, Consistency, Isolation, Durability Compliance, and Execution Plan Efficiency," you assume direct responsibility for converting intricate business requirements into backend technology that is dependable, fast, and resilient. Key Skills: Advanced Relational Query Architecture: Proficiency with advanced SQL capabilities such as window functions, recursive queries, dynamic SQL, Common Table Expressions (CTEs), and subquery flattening. Execution Plan Analytics & Query Optimisation: This deep capability uses the interpretation of logical and physical operator trees to identify resource bottlenecks. Complete proficiency in creating relational configurations up to Third Normal Form or creating dimensional models for analytics is required for data modelling and schema normalisation. Concurrence & Transaction Management: In-depth knowledge of latching techniques, lock escalation behaviours, database isolation levels, and structural deadlock resolution.
