Job Description
Initial Sales-related Position Telesales Executive Job Description Duties: End-to-end Direct Phone Sales Execution: Manage hot incoming sales queues and conduct frequent outbound sales outreach to move customer discussions past initial interest and into transactional sales closing. Consultative Need Discovery & Matching: Conduct interviews with potential customers to identify their current personal or business problems, then map those needs to our particular software modules, service levels, or tangible products. High-Impact Value Articulation & Pricing Presentation: Position the investment as a high-value return by providing high-impact descriptions of product pricing, bundle discounts, and time-limited special packages. Transactional Closing & Payment Settlement: Overcome advanced pricing objections and arrange for real-time payment settlement while assisting clients with financing arrangements, secure credit card inputs, and digital link validation. Upselling & AccountMaximization: In order to maximise basket value, dynamically assess customer purchasing profiles in the middle of a conversation and present higher product models, longer protection packages, or multi-month subscription renewals. Focus Skills: High-Impact Verbal Closing & Direct Sales Persuasion: Expertise in generating moral urgency, boosting self-assurance, grabbing attention right away, and managing firm buying resistance over the phone. Advanced Transactional Objection Mitigation: Expertise in resolving important price barriers, resistance from competitive analyses, and timing obstacles without halting the flow of the engagement. Telephony CRM Integration & Payment Gateway Navigation: hands-on experience with real-time merchant payment dashboards, contemporary CRM pipelines, and inside sales diallers. High-Stamina Resilience & Goal Focus: Unwavering internal motivation to reach aggressive daily sales targets by maintaining a positive phone presence across high-frequency dial counts and swiftly recovering from rejections.
