Voice Process Optimisation for Telecaller Executive Job Description The main "Client Acquisition Anchor" and "Financial Products Ambassador" for our retail banking and financial services activities is the Telecaller-Banking & Financial Services (Inbound/Outbound Sales, Customer Acquisition & Loan Processing Specialist). Your main responsibility is to make contact with potential and current bank customers, pitch retail financial products, qualify leads, and increase product conversions across voice channels, while branch relationship managers deal with walk-in clients and credit underwriting teams assess risk profiles. This includes advertising credit cards, home loans, savings and current accounts, insurance, fixed deposits, and personal loans. Responsibilities: Outbound Lead Generation & Financial Product Pitching: Make organised outbound calls to current and potential bank clients in order to introduce, clarify, and cross-sell retail financial products (such as credit cards, personal loans, home loans, savings accounts, and mutual funds). Handling Inbound Queries and Supporting Applications: Respond quickly and clearly to incoming consumer questions about loan eligibility, interest rates, documentation requirements, application status, and account features. Lead Application and Qualification Documentation: Check prospective candidates for basic bank eligibility requirements and gather the paperwork required for the transfer of credit operations. CRM System Management & Interaction Logging: Use Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms to accurately record call outcomes, customer comments, follow-up schedules, call disposition codes, and lead statuses in real time. Banking Compliance & Quality Adherence: Adhere to strict banking regulations and uphold strict requirements for calling quality. Skills: Persuasive Communication & Pitching Mastery: Outstanding oral communication abilities in both English and regional languages, with a self-assured tone, precise articulation, and a potent ability to handle objections. Financial Product Knowledge: A practical grasp of retail banking products, including their salient characteristics, eligibility conditions, interest rates, EMI computation principles, and loan paperwork needs. Customer Relationship & De-escalation Ability: Excellent interpersonal abilities to establish a quick connection with potential customers over the phone, answer their questions, and keep a courteous manner. CRM & Dialler Software Literacy: Practical experience using banks CRM portals (Salesforce, LeadsSquared, Zoho CRM) and auto-dialer systems (Vicidial, Ameyo, Exotel).
