Proactive Sourcing & Talent Pipeline Building: Use job boards, social hiring platforms, employee recommendations, boolean search strings, and headhunting strategies to create active talent pipelines. Candidate Screening & Behavioural Assessment: Hold organised preliminary phone and video interviews to assess applicants based on technical proficiency, expected pay, notice periods, cultural fit, and job security. Hiring Manager Alignment & Interview Coordination: Work directly with hiring managers to arrange interview loops, get feedback, align applicant criteria, improve job descriptions, and expedite hiring decisions. Offer Negotiation & applicant Retention: Create competitive offer letters, manage applicant expectations, negotiate compensation packages within authorised budget bands, and reduce the risk of a counteroffer during the notice period.
