The ideal candidate should have excellent written communication skills, good typing speed, and the ability to resolve customer queries efficiently through email and chat. Key Responsibilities : - Handle customer queries through Email and Chat support. - Provide accurate, timely, and professional responses. - Resolve customer issues while maintaining high customer satisfaction. - Document customer interactions accurately in the system. - Meet quality, productivity, and turnaround time (TAT) targets. - Follow company policies and process guidelines. Eligibility Criteria - Qualification: 12th Pass / Diploma / ITI / Any Graduate. - Experience: 6 Months to 1+ Year in Email or Chat Support / Non-Voice Process. - Valuable written English communication skills. - Basic knowledge of MS Office and Email applications. - Typing speed of at least 25 WPM . - Willing to work in rotational shifts. - Immediate joiners are preferred.
