Admin Executive Support Business Excellence Job Description Who you are: Take charge of regular maintenance of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and office equipment as well as daily office cleanliness, seating arrangements, cafeteria management, security services, and pest control. Find, bargain with, and oversee outside suppliers for office supplies, pantry items, housekeeping, security, and facility repairs; assess the calibre of vendor services and make sure invoices are processed on time. Conduct regular physical stock audits, keep correct records of office supplies, furniture, IT accessories, and consumables, and oversee replenishment and reorder levels. Arrange for domestic and international travel, hotel reservations, visa processing, taxi transportation, and logistics for company events, workshops, and internal meetings. Prepare reconciliation reports, process regular office utility bills, monitor administrative expenditures against monthly budgets, and oversee daily administrative petty cash.
