Managing incoming and outgoing calls, answering customer questions, processing requests, conducting outbound sales and follow-up calls, keeping accurate call logs, and guaranteeing high first-call resolution (FCR) rates are your main responsibilities, while customer experience managers and operations leads establish long-term service standards and call quality frameworks. As the "Guardian of Customer Experience, Communication Clarity, Call Quality, and Client Retention," you assume primary responsibility for providing competent, sympathetic, and efficient phone support. Key Skills: Verbal Communication & Active Listening: Strong active listening skills, neutral accent, clear diction, sympathetic tone, and outstanding spoken English and local language abilities. Customer service and objection handling: Demonstrated ability to deal with challenging callers, control customer annoyance, tactfully address complaints, and remain composed under pressure from a high call volume. CRM & Telephony Tool Literacy: Knowledge of cloud telephony/dialer platforms (Genesys, Avaya, Ameyo, Five9) and CRM systems (Salesforce, Zoho, Zendesk).
