Objection Handling & Closing Techniques: Use tried-and-true sales closing frameworks to expertly handle complicated buyer objections about pricing, timing, contract terms, or rival offerings. Sales Pipeline & Deal Management: To reduce closing cycles and avoid lead drop-offs, manage a dynamic sales pipeline within the CRM system by regularly following up with pending deals. Payment Processing & Order Onboarding: Help customers with phone-based payment gateways, provide invoice links, gather evidence of payment, and arrange for a smooth transition to fulfilment or client onboarding teams. Focus Skills: Proven Telesales Closing Capability: Proven track record of managing end-to-end phone transactions, closing direct sales, and meeting and surpassing monthly and quarterly telephone sales goals. Persuasive Negotiation & Deal Structuring: Excellent ability to handle opposition, frame value propositions effectively, negotiate rates, and generate urgency to finish transactions throughout the call.
