HR Executive Nurture a Tradition of Work Job Description: Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition & recruiting Coordination: To effectively fill open requisitions, source candidates via job portals, social media, and recruiting drives; conduct initial phone screenings; set up panel interviews; and manage the whole recruitment funnel. Execution of Onboarding, Orientation, and Offboarding: Oversee the full lifecycle of new hiring, including offer letters, background checks, orientation programs, and seamless exit clearance and interview processes for existing employees. HR Operations & Employee Records Management: Create operational HR documents such as appointment letters, confirmation letters, and experience certificates; maintain accurate employee files and update HR Information Systems; and help process monthly payroll attendance/leave inputs. Employee Engagement & Relations: Plan wellness initiatives, team-building exercises, and recognition events; serve as a readily available point of contact for employee concerns; and help resolve workplace complaints or policy enquiries in compliance with corporate policies. Statutory Compliance & HR Audit Support: Make sure that labour laws, workplace policies, health and safety regulations, and statutory compliance procedures are followed; provide accurate paperwork to support both internal and external HR audits.
