Driver Field OperationsWe are looking for experienced and responsible Drivers to join our Field Operations team. The role involves safely transporting vehicles within designated non-commercial areas while ensuring compliance with all traffic and company safety regulations. Candidates should be proficient in driving both manual and automatic transmission four-wheelers, perform basic vehicle inspections, maintain accurate vehicle documentation, and support day-to-day field operations efficiently.Key ResponsibilitiesSafely transport vehicles within non-commercial areas.Perform basic vehicle maintenance checks and report any issues.Ensure all vehicle-related documentation is accurate and up to date.Follow all traffic laws, road safety protocols, and company safety guidelines.Required SkillsProven experience driving both manual and automatic transmission four-wheelers.Good knowledge of road safety rules and regulations.Strong time management and organizational skills.Basic knowledge of vehicle functions and troubleshooting.Eligibility CriteriaValid LMV (Light Motor Vehicle) driving license.Minimum 3 years of experience driving four-wheelers.Minimum educational qualification: 12th Pass.Own a bike and a smartphone to attend field requests.Must possess original ID proof, address proof, educational certificates, and previous employer certificates.Willing to comply with company policies and legal safety regulations.Compensation & BenefitsTier 1: 800/day (Approx. 20,800/month) Performance incentive up to 7,000 125 per PUD reimbursement 350 mobile allowance.Tier 2: 750/day (Approx. 19,500/month) Performance incentive up to 5,000 125 per PUD reimbursement 350 mobile allowance.Tier 3: 700/day (Approx. 18,200/month) Performance incentive up to 3,500 125 per PUD reimbursement 350 mobile allowance.Shift DetailsDay Shift: 8:00 AM 8:00 PM (12hours).OvertimeOvertime is paid at 50 per hour for work performed beyond regular working hours.
