Front-End Clearinghouse Edit & Rejection Resolution: Before billing, correct faulty address formats, missing subscriber DOBs, or mismatched insurance policy IDs by scrubbing newly generated patient accounts against clearinghouse pre-edit rules. Account Audit & Demographic Reconciliation: To guarantee 100% registration coverage without missing or duplicate patient profiles, audit daily patient registration batches against clinic appointment logs and facility admission rosters.
