Accurately tag denial reason codes in the system and forward claims to the AR and Denial Management teams for settlement. To guarantee complete financial alignment, balance daily posted payment batches against bank deposit slips, Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) notifications, and credit card processing reports. To automatically initiate the creation of secondary or tertiary insurance claims or the delivery of clean statements for patient billing, confirm the accuracy of the initial payment posting.
