CRM Logging & Pipeline Maintenance: To guarantee accurate customer data, log all call dispositions, prospect comments, order statuses, and required follow-up schedules in real time in the CRM software. Required Skills: Telesales Closing & Pitching Mastery: Exhibited proficiency in cold calling, consultative pitching, inside sales closing tactics, phone-based sales, and confident negotiating. Objection Handling & Rejection Resilience: Outstanding capacity to deal with client opposition, overcome typical sales hesitations, retain a high level of emotional resilience, and keep a positive attitude throughout sales conversations.
