Accounts Executive Audit Support & Financial Records Job Description The main "Financial Record Engine, Transaction Processing Specialist, General Ledger Anchor, Tax Compliance Guardian & Financial Reporting Lead" for our corporate finance and accounting operations is the Accounts Executive Financial Accounting, Accounts Payable & Receivable, General Ledger, Tax Compliance & Financial Analytics Specialist. Your main responsibility is to oversee daily financial transactions, maintain ledger accuracy, process vendor payments, manage customer billing, carry out bank reconciliations, and guarantee statutory compliance, while Chief Financial Officers (CFOs), Finance Controllers, Audit Managers, and Senior Finance Directors create overarching corporate financial strategies, capital structures, annual budgets, and tax frameworks. Key Duties Accounts Payable (AP) and Vendor Management: Check, process, and account for vendor bills; match purchase orders (PO), goods receipt notes (GRN), and invoices (3-way matching); plan prompt vendor payments while effectively controlling cash outflows. Accounts Receivable (AR) & Credit Control: Create and send precise sales invoices, debit/credit notes, and customer statements; monitor unpaid invoices, carry out payment follow-ups, uphold client credit terms, and lower Days Sales Outstanding (DSO). Maintain ledger account balances, prepare and post regular journal vouchers (JVs), accruals, prepayments, depreciation schedules, and payroll entries, and take part in monthly and quarterly financial book close. Bank, Vendor, and Inter-Company Reconciliations: To quickly address inconsistencies, complete weekly and monthly Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS), inter-company account balancing, vendor statement reconciliations, and customer ledger reconciliations.
