First Contact Resolution & Query Management: To optimize First Contact Resolution, identify, investigate, and address customer complaints, billing queries, product enquiries, or service concerns during the first engagement. CRM DataEntry & CallDocumentation: Log detailed, accurate, and structured customer interaction summaries, case notes, and resolution activities into CRM software during and shortly following calls. Customer De-escalation & Escalation Management: Use active listening and de-escalation strategies to professionally handle aggressive or unhappy callers; follow escalation processes to forward complex or unresolved cases to senior technical support or team leaders. Quality & SLA Compliance: Adhere strictly to the benchmarks for Average Handling Time, Call Quality Audit criteria, Schedule Adherence, First Response Time, and Customer Satisfaction.
