Accounts Executive Accounting & Finance Support Job Description Who you are: Keep track of daily financial transactions, journal vouchers, debit/credit notes, accruals, and prepayments in accordance with organisational controls and conventional accounting standards. Process vendor payments, maintain payables ageing schedules, check vendor invoices against purchase orders and receiving notes, and respond to billing enquiries. To guarantee prompt collections, create customer invoices, monitor outstanding receivables, produce ageing reports, send out payment reminders, and reconcile customer ledgers. To quickly address ledger variations, conduct weekly and monthly bank reconciliations, cashbook entries, petty cash audits, and inter-company/vendor ledger reconciliations. Assist with the preparation of monthly tax returns, calculate and process timely deductions and filings for statutory taxes, and gather material for internal and external audits.
